Ganymede gives you a fast, branded Shopify storefront, and real wholesale when you need it: company accounts, tier pricing, case packs, quick order and checkout on terms. Built to be ready for the AI agents your customers are starting to use.
One store for your retail shoppers and your wholesale buyers, so every order comes in right the first time.
Most growing brands sell more than one way. The retail store has outgrown its theme, wholesale orders still arrive by email and spreadsheet, and someone keys them in by hand. Shopify can run all of it in one store now, but most launches still drag on for months while the team works out pricing, accounts and checkout from scratch. The platform isn't the bottleneck. The build is.
Ganymede is the accelerator we've built and tested on Shopify, and every launch starts from it. The retail storefront works on day one, and so does the wholesale side when you need it: buyer accounts, tier pricing, case packs, quick order and checkout on terms. Then we load your catalog and customers, apply your brand and connect your accounting app. An ERP connection is its own milestone, with the price and date set up front in Sprint 0.
The wholesale side of a demo store launched on Ganymede, from a buyer's sign-in to an AI agent's reorder. Demo store with sample data.
Buyer Controls
A coach can build the order. The league's admin approves it. One inbox covers every location they sign off for, and checkout stays locked until that exact cart is approved. Change a line and it goes back for approval. Available on Shopify Plus.
Recorded on our demo store with sample data: an AI agent builds a coach's basketball order with the Season Planner, the league admin approves it, and checkout opens on Net 45.
No launch starts from a blank build. With Ganymede the storefront and the wholesale mechanics already work, so the 8 weeks go into your catalog, your customers and your launch, not into reinventing a theme or price tiers.
A quick Sprint 0 discovery, then your store stood up on Ganymede in your brand.
Your products and your buyer records, loaded and checked, plus wholesale accounts and terms if you sell B2B. Your accounting app connected with a proven off-the-shelf connector.
Your shoppers and buyers test it, your team learns it, and you go live.
One fixed price, agreed after Sprint 0. If your scope is bigger than the package, we tell you before you sign.
Everything runs on Shopify's native features, so your orders and customer records stay in Shopify and you keep getting Shopify's updates. Wholesale runs on every Shopify plan. Buyer-specific prices at checkout need Advanced or Plus, and unlimited price lists and custom checkout rules need Plus. The fit test tells you which you need.
The team behind Ganymede has spent 25 years building and running commerce platforms for retail and B2B brands. The same senior people stay with you through launch.
Sprint 0 discovery, store setup and branding, the data load (plus companies, price tiers and terms if you sell wholesale), your accounting app connection, testing, team training and go-live. An ERP connection is priced up front in Sprint 0 as its own milestone.
Wholesale runs on every Shopify plan, with company accounts and net payment terms. Buyer-specific prices at storefront and checkout need Advanced or Plus. Unlimited price lists, deposits and custom checkout rules, such as order approvals, need Plus. The fit test tells you which applies before you spend anything.
Yes. We agree one price after Sprint 0, once we've seen your catalog and systems. Anything outside the package is quoted separately before work starts.
No. Plenty of brands launch retail first and switch wholesale on later. The store is built for both from day one, so adding wholesale doesn't mean a rebuild. When you do, wholesale prices and rules only appear when a business buyer signs in.
An agent can read what you sell and on what terms, then build a valid cart, including a wholesale order in a buyer's account. A person still approves every purchase.
Most wholesale businesses have one, so we price it up front instead of hiding it. Accounting apps such as QuickBooks and Xero are connected inside the 8 weeks. A mid-market ERP is its own milestone: your store goes live in 8 weeks, then we connect it using proven connectors wherever they exist, with a fixed price and date agreed in Sprint 0. You know both numbers before you commit, and you launch knowing exactly how orders reach your books. EDI and punch-out are scoped the same way.
